I’ve been a pretty consistent shopper here for last couple of years but that’s due to my inability to escape my landscaping obsession. I gotta say, prices are a little steep especially the patio furniture 🤯 and the one Christmas tree made of all lights priced at 7k or was it 9? I genuinely laughed when I saw the price tag… and were a 2 Doctor household so take that for whatever it’s worth. We came on Mothers Day this year and we’re looking at some Virginia Taylor arborvitae’s and the price tag was a pretty penny. Staff is a hit or miss. Seems like a good 67% of them just have a resting B face.. don’t get me wrong some aren’t resting at all. Like the animal department ladies.. thought the animals were supposed to exhibit the territorial behavior 😂 simmer down ladies. As I’ve mentioned we (I) do all the landscaping at the home and we’ve had a solid experience with quick delivery of large trees, multiple truck loads of dirt and wood chips so well done there- ask your boss for a raise … take it from the animal dept 👍 The cat 🐈 that’s always around. 5/5. No complaints there. The free produce section is a major bonus well planned Mr CEO it always has us coming back 😉

I've never been in here...I was immediately welcomed! I heard birds then I saw lizards then... Spiders! My tarantula passed away so of course I left with a JUMPING spider! Shane was great help! All staff offered assistance and walked me up to the front. We left with a JUMPING spider and planters! I love this place!

We came here today to grab some plants for our garden, and this place is absolutely fabulous. They have a wide variety of plants which is awesome, we really struggled to make a decision with all the choices. You could walk through this place for hours - they even sell pets!! We walked through the exotic pet section and had the most fun experience with the caretaker of their scorpions/spiders. He was so kind and knowledgeable, and he even let me hold the tailless whip scorpion, which was probably the highlight of my week!! Such an awesome employee. Speaking of employees, every single person working here is so kind, you can really tell the employees are happy with their jobs. I cannot wait to come back here!!

The animal care staff is wonderful!! I bring my dogs in for nail trims. My dogs aren't the easiest. The staff is so patient and attentive and understanding. Yesterday my newest dog had the best nail trim yet. He even allowed pets and wagged and wiggled afterwards. This was no small thing! Thank you to all the staff there. I don't know everyone's name but I am learning. Big ups to Megan, Kaylee, Sandy and everyone there! Thank you!
